Bhanu Choudhrie, the founder of C&C Alpha Group and Alpha Aviation Group, is among the most prosperous British-Indian entrepreneurs. The former is a top-notch global private equity firm specializing in pursuing opportunities in developing countries, while the latter is a world-class pilot training institution.
Bhanu made his entry into the aviation industry with the acquisition of India’s Air Deccan. This was a distressed local airline with only one airplane to its name. In the following few years, he made the airline successful and ran over 200 local flights per day. Not so long ago, this British-Indian entrepreneur discussed the future of pilot training.
The start of Alpha Aviation Group
While running Air Deccan, Bhanu Choudhrie noticed the massive need for highly trained pilots in the industry. He decided to launch Alpha Aviation Group to provide top-class pilot training to aspiring pilots to fill the growing pilot demand. Since its launch, this pilot training school has grown to have two campuses, one in the Philippines and the other in the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, the institution has trained thousands of highly qualified pilots from more than 40 countries. Refer to this article to learn more
Technology to play a pivotal role
Bhanu Choudhrie mentioned that technology is infused into pilot training to some extent today; it’s going to play a pivotal role in the future. Digital flight simulators will be used to a great extent due to the possibilities that the technology opens up. Firstly, the flight simulators can be customized to meet the individual needs of each student.
Additionally, pilots can easily keep up with the 1500 flying hours every year requirement to receive and maintain their ATP certification. Bhanu Choudhrie added that that artificial intelligence would also be increasingly integrated into digital flight simulators. This will allow for significant improvements in the quality of training that pilots get through the flight simulators.
